Joe Steven and international award-winning concert violinist Esther Abrami are excited to release their new single “The Promise.” A new ballad from the Singer-Songwriter’s debut album Relentless Love, Joe and Esther deliver a heartfelt performance as they are accompanied by a symphony orchestra. The music, lyrics and orchestrations were written by Joe Steven. “The Promise” is now available worldwide on Apple Music, Amazon Music, Spotify and all major streaming services.
About Esther Abrami
Described as a ‘rising star’ by the Strings Magazine, Esther has performed in world renowned venues such as Carnegie Hall in New-York, the Royal Festival Hall and the Barbican Centre in London. Her most recent performances as a soloist include a concert with the Brooklyn Metro Chamber Orchestra in New-York and recitals at the British Embassy in Paris and the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London. She was recently invited to perform at Classic FM studios. Up-coming engagements include recitals in New-York, Utah, Las Vegas, Spring Island (USA) and Paris (France) as well as solo concerts with orchestra in Vienna (Austria) and Leeds (UK).
Esther has been awarded a first prize at the Vatelot Rampal violin competition, at The Arts of Instrumental Performance Concert Series “The Arts of Strings” and at the IMKA International Music Competition. She has recently won the Golden Classical Music Awards International Competition 2017.
With over 150,000 followers, Esther’s extensive and ever-growing following via social media has led her to become an ambassador for renowned music related brands such as GEWA, D’Addario Orchestral, Newzik and Beaumont Music as well as for fashion luxury brands including Yves Saint-Laurent, Lancôme, Daniel Wellington, The Kooplesand many others.
Born in France in 1996, Esther graduated from the Aix-en-Provence Conservatoire at the age of 14. She continued her studies at Chetham’s School of Music in Manchester with Jan Repko. In 2015, Esther began her undergraduate degree at the Royal College of Music in London and currently studies with Leonid Kerbel. This year she is representing the Royal College of Music at the Manhattan School of Music in New York.
She has had the privilege of working with many distinguished musicians such as Shmuel Ashkenasi, Alexander Markov, Regina Carter, Lewis Kaplan and Charlie Siem. Esther plays on a Carlo Giuseppe Testore of Milan violin, dated ca. 1700, label Giovanni Grancino.
